- Every bedroom has its own ensuite and an ocean view; every bed is a king that splits into two king singles
- Two master suites: Master West (beside the old fig trees) and Master East (private courtyard and outdoor shower); four near-identical guest rooms
- Kitchen with two V-Zug ovens, five-burner Pitt gas cooktop, butler's pantry; covered alfresco with wood-fired pizza oven; heated precast concrete pool; two fireplaces
- Two hours by car from Sydney, ninety minutes from Canberra, seven minutes from Kiama, ten from Gerringong
- Uses: private stays, weddings (40–100 guests), private events, corporate retreats and offsites (12 sleeping, 20 day-use), photoshoots and productions
- Minimum stay: three nights off-peak, five in peak; pricing is whole-property and quoted per enquiry
