Secondary Dwelling: Wrapped and Skylights Installed

The secondary dwelling got fully wrapped in Pro Clima weatherproof membrane just before the Christmas break, which was perfect timing to protect the structure over the holidays.

Pro Clima is a high-performance building wrap system, it creates weathertightness to withstand natural weather exposure, and ensures airtightness so insulation performs at its best.

The skylights are looking great and will flood the interior with natural light once we're inside. With the building now properly sealed and protected, internal work can continue regardless of weather conditions outside.

Next up: internal fit-out and preparing for external cladding installation.
