A considered architectural backdrop across multiple interior environments, plus thirty-eight hectares of paddock, gully, and ridgeline — held for a single production at a time.
◦ Render · not a photographThe house is built for a camera as much as a living room. Shou sugi ban cladding, concrete benches, linen and wool, two fireplaces, a pool that sits level with the horizon, and a landscape that shifts from pastoral to dramatic within a two-minute walk.
Location hire is by the day or half-day, with the whole property held exclusively. Overnight production is welcome — the house sleeps twelve, and a production office can be set up in the kitchen or living room without rearrangement.
A rates card and location pack are issued on enquiry. Editorial, fashion, film, and long-form brand work are all welcome; standing sets are considered case by case.
