The Start of Something Special

After seeing the land online we visited from Sydney and were instantly sold. We were looking for a piece of farm land near the ocean that we could use as an investment property / holiday rental.

We love the Byron Hinterland but unfortunately it is too far away from our family. The South Coast is only about 1.5 hours from Sydney Airport which made it the obvious choice.

The land is situated in Jerrara, NSW which is about an 8 minute drive to Kiama town meaning that it is really close to cafes, shops and the beaches.

The property already had a 200 sqm shed built on it that featured polished concrete floors and a 50 sqm mezzanine. We loved this and knew that it had the potential to become something very special in the future.

Once we had secured the property we began to research and build a library of inspiration on Pinterest.
