Development Application Submitted

We've collected all the required documentation to lodge our Development Application and it has been submitted!

Our plans include a new 6 bedroom main dwelling with ensuites in each bedroom, a 4 car garage, large office space and massive open plan kitchen / living area with views north towards Wollongong.

Plans for a much smaller secondary dwelling are also included along with a small wellness center that will be used as a gym for the main dwelling.
