Section 4.55 Approval Received

Just got the green light on our updated building plans! After going back to the drawing board to make some smart tweaks to our original design, council has given us the thumbs up to move forward.

We shifted some things around - like finding a better spot for the secondary dwelling and rethinking how the main house sits on the block. These changes helped us dodge some costly retaining walls (who needs those?) and keep our build costs in check. We even managed to squeeze in a new carport and improve the driveway design while we were at it!

It's amazing how a fresh look at the plans and some strategic changes can make such a big difference. Now we can finally move forward with a design that's both more practical and easier on the wallet.
