Site Preparation and Documentation Progress

Progress continues on site with the completion of the secondary dwelling pad.

Our attention has now shifted to detailing the primary pad, ensuring every aspect meets our specifications.

Site access is also getting an upgrade, with fence removal underway to accommodate upcoming road work. This will create better flow for construction vehicles and ultimately improve the overall accessibility of the property.

Behind the scenes, we're working on the construction certificate details and putting the finishing touches on our cladding selections and working through design elements.
